This notice explains how Wholesale Connection uses information from this website and consultation questionnaire, including advertising tracking and your choices.
Information you provide and why we use it
We collect the contact details and answers you submit, including your name, email address, phone number, business goals, intended start date, business experience, available capital range and message. We use this information to respond to you, assess service fit, maintain lead records, arrange a consultation and send related follow-up communications. Please do not enter passwords, account numbers, Social Security numbers or other sensitive identifiers.
Hosting, form delivery and scheduling
Our service providers include Netlify for hosting and form processing, Google for spreadsheet records, Resend for email delivery and Calendly for appointment scheduling. Information is disclosed to these providers as needed for those functions. Hosting and security systems may receive technical information such as IP address, browser information and request logs. Following a successful questionnaire save, you are redirected to Calendly; activity on Calendly is subject to its own privacy notice.
Meta Pixel and advertising tracking
If you accept advertising tracking, this site loads Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms) and Taboola advertising technology. These services can receive your IP address, browser/device information, cookie or advertising identifiers, referring page and page URL, event time and website activity. They may use cookies and combine activity with information from other websites or their own services to measure advertising, attribute conversions, build advertising audiences and personalize ads.
Our manually configured Meta events are PageView and Lead. A Lead event is sent once after the questionnaire receives a successful save response and before the Calendly redirect, provided advertising tracking is allowed. We do not put names, email addresses, telephone numbers, financial answers or other questionnaire contents in Meta event parameters or advanced-matching fields. Automatic Meta event configuration is disabled in this site's code. The ordinary device, cookie and network information described above may still be transmitted when you permit tracking.
These advertising disclosures may qualify as a sale or sharing of personal information, or processing for targeted advertising, under applicable privacy laws. The choices below let you prevent this site's Meta and Taboola advertising tracking. See Meta's privacy policy and Taboola's privacy policy and opt-out information for their practices and controls.
Your tracking choices
Advertising tracking is off by default. Choose Accept advertising to enable it or Reject advertising to keep it off. Closing the notice without accepting does not enable tracking. You can submit the form and request a consultation either way.
Use this control on any page to withdraw permission. If tracking was already active, rejecting it refreshes the page to stop loaded advertising tools, so unsent form entries may be cleared. Withdrawal applies to future tracking; it does not recall information already sent.
We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) when your browser exposes that signal by keeping Meta and Taboola off, even if this browser previously accepted tracking. To re-enable tracking while GPC is active, first change the signal in your browser. This website does not use the older Do Not Track signal as a separate choice mechanism.
Your choice is stored in this browser's local storage until you change it or clear site data. It does not automatically apply to another browser or device. If storage is unavailable, your choice may last only for the current page. With JavaScript disabled, this site's advertising pixels do not load. Browser cookie controls and Meta or Taboola's own advertising preferences provide additional choices.
Communications and privacy requests
You may ask us to stop marketing communications or request access, correction or deletion of information we control by emailing support@wholesaleconnection.org. Depending on your location and which laws apply, you may also have rights to obtain a copy of your information, opt out of sale/sharing or targeted advertising, or appeal a decision about a privacy request. Tell us which right you wish to exercise. We may need to verify identity for access or deletion requests; no account is required to use the advertising opt-out on this site.
Tracking preferences are separate from your consultation request and communication preferences. Contact us if you want to withdraw a consultation request or stop follow-up communications. We handle requests subject to applicable law and any permitted record-retention requirements.
